WT Thread Casing
The Durable Casing
Launched in 1995, WT Casing leverages the same HD thread, combined with DCDMA C80-compliant, lower-cost carbon steel, to produce more durable, reusable casing. Available in standard DCDMA W sizes, allowing nesting of non-Boart Longyear W casing.
Easier Make and Break
The tapered joint and coarse thread (2.5 threads per inch) reduces stress, resulting in easier and faster make and break for reduced wear and reduced labor costs. Threads are easier to clean due to wider spacing. Compatible with WT rod threads
