Tough™ Diamond Reaming Shell
Diamond Impregnated Pad
Patented technology enables the use of large synthetic diamonds greatly enhancing wear life and eliminating the need for specialty shells in diamond core drilling exploration.
Ready to Ream
Along with exposed diamonds, each pad includes tungsten carbide and thermally stable diamond (TSD) pins on the cutting edge making this reaming shell ready to drill right out of the box.
Adapter Coupling
Available in adapter coupling configurations for extra stability in situations where deviation is a concern (not shown).
Dual Pad
Available in dual pad 10” configurations for straighter holes when deviation is a concern.
Abrasive Reaming Shell
Diamond Impregnated Pad
Using rows of synthetic diamond and TSD pins, abrasive pads generate less torque in the hole than the equivalent reaming shell, while still producing long life.
Diamond Ground
Outer-diameter grinding pre-exposes the diamond and reduces size variation, improving stability and helping produce the longest-lasting reaming shell available.
Heavy Duty
Available with an optional heavy-duty blank to prevent undercutting in extremely broken conditions (standard on oversize versions).
Dual Pad
Available in dual pad 10” configurations for straighter holes when deviation is a concern.
